PeatNet is an international collaboration of researchers involved with northern peatland ecosystems. Activities are designed to advance understanding of how climate change and human/natural disturbances can and have impacted these ecosystems in the past, present, and future.

PeatNet strives to assist, encourage, and foster interactions among scientists throughout their careers and to enhance the education and training of all peatland ecosystem ecologists.

For more information about PeatNet, you may view the full NSF proposal narrative here.
